CALLING ALL GOOD MEN!

Almost one-quarter of women who experienced violence by a current male partner in the previous 12 months currently live in fear.

Join White Ribbon Day Queensland and Australia’s CEO Challenge by publicly demonstrating how much you care for the women in your life and help raise awareness about violence against women by becoming an Ambassador for the White Ribbon Campaign this November.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ambassadors are men and boys in our community who understand and advocate that violence against women will only cease when men join with women to put an end to it. Men from different communities, backgrounds, groups and professions are encouraged to join the global movement to eliminate violence against women.

WHAT’S THE WRAP?
From talking to friends, family and colleagues about violence against women to silent gestures that make a difference, Ambassadors are asked to get involved in as many initiatives as possible leading up to White Ribbon Day:

- Wear a White Ribbon and encourage others to do the same
- Raise awareness about the Campaign
- Attend public speaking engagements and community events
- Promote equality between men and women
